I have no problem with the property, however we had to leave early for reasons not related to the hotel. We needed to be closer to the hospital as it was very far away. Expedia has been trying for days to contact the property to get my refund on the days I didnt stay at the hotel. We really want to go back and stay at this property, however if they cannot even respond to calls or emails, then whats the point? We would have been content at this property had we not had the unforseen circumstances.

The service was good the hotel was nice the swimming pool was excellent I did not have any problem with communication transportation was very easy the yellow train very nearby the mall lot of restaurants and the train market I really enjoy the stay there

We were not informed about the need to leave a 1000 baht cash-only beforehand and this is annoying. The room was okay. The shower will leave the bathroom floor wet because there's no curtain or door. We also missed a full-body mirror. The shopping mall can be easily accessed, which is very convenient. In summary, the hotel is good if you're staying for one or two nights.
