Basic but nice hotel, central to everything

Very basic hotel but the location is safe and central to the BTS and MRT and staff is great. Have stayed multiple times and will likely stay again. Thank you staff!

Clean room, nice staff, not far from shops, restaurants etc. Adjoining rooms (I didn’t book this, but was ‘upgraded’ on arrival,) have too big gap under the door so no protection from noise as evidenced when the rude guest in the next room decided to play music at 2am.

Three rooms are very small. If you require a big room, this is not your hotel. The breakfast was very good as you have someone to prepare eggs your way. It also had a savory option like fish or chicken available. I chose to have both. Fresh fruit was cut for us. Coffee was fresh. The common areas were kept neat and clean. Staff was excellent and most spoke English.

I thought the grounds and rooms were very nice but I need people to treat me with kindness and respect and feel upset that we couldn't work through the problem even though I tried very hard to make sure eveiwas happy. I feel sad and sorry they were like this. This could be a really nice resort hotel if people are nicer.
