Spa is so relaxing. Room is very clean and convenient. Staffs are very nice. Everything is perfect except the street infront of this hotel. Due to the construction of the next hotel next to it, there is no pedestrian walk.

Spacious rooms, great location

Can’t beat the location—right in the middle of Bangkok near CentralWorld and the BTS. The rooms are huge, more like apartments, and having a full kitchen is super convenient. Great choice if you want space and comfort while staying close to everything.

Location is good. Staff are fine. But you will probably not be able to sleep. It is a popular hotel with Arabs, and they often bring their kids. The kids run up and down the halls screaming and yelling. Hotel probably needs to have signs that explain proper etiquette.

The service is really bad. The pool has no life guards during our stay. We stayed 4 days and we used the pool everyday but never seen a guard around. And when we ask for an extra towel, the staff refused to give us. Very bad experience. And we need to call for the house keeping even though we ask for it before we head out. Will not come back!
