I really enjoyed my stay because money exchange was next door and the hotel offer rooftop bar also they had a self laundry place…. Very nice for solo travelers

Very nice place but if you want quiet, maybe not for you. Do not get on 6th floor what ever you do, it is right under bar. Cash deposit only, had to go to atm. Seems to be younger crowd type place. Plenty of restaurants and shops around

Couple from USA pre booked and prepaid our hotel stay from 11/10-17. Checked in late 11/11 due to cancellation on our flights from USA but paid the extra one day in advance. Informed counter rep upon arrival. Everything about this hotel is suerb except for check out. The lady at reception took forever to check us out while Bolts driver was waiting to take us to BKK airport. She was unable to locate our info and unable to give us $1.000 baht security deposit back until she called the previous check-in person. Gave ourselves extra hrs for driver and overall Bkk traffic but got stuck w check out lady at hotel. This is unacceptable due to lack of communication between hotel staff. Need to understand the urge of emergency for all your customers. Other than that we love our stayed at your hotel and will definitely stay again in near future. Also the room next to us SMOKE the entire last two nights and we were unable to sleep. It was uncomfortable!!!

This is my second time staying in this hotel. I always like staff friendly attitude. They even let me have a late check out.The room is very clean and quite stylish. Good location for public transport and restaurants.
