Was a great stay for our family of 6. The Breakfast buffet was delicious with so many options. Conveniently located to shopping malls and restaurants. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful! Our rooms were comfortable and clean. Would stay again next time in Bangkok.

Great room and service but breakfast was not good

We’ve stayed here for 7 nights strait. The check-in experience was great. Room was nice, and facilities (although rather small in size) are well maintained. However, we have had not so good experience at breakfast. A few things happened: 1. Since we didn’t want to have breakfast at the hotel everyday, we thought to purchase it as hoc. We did that for 3 days, and every day we got asked our room number at least 3 times after we’ve sat down. It seems that the waitress simply didnt remember the room number and had to check again and again. 2. Food variety was good but the cooks are not so well trained. One example was that my husband ordered an omelette with some of the ingredients with no bell pepper, but somehow pepper was included in the omelette still. Another example was that I ordered a bowl of noodles. After I chose the glass noodle, I ended up getting a bowl of soup with no noodles. 3. There’s an egg station but when we requested sunny side-ups, the cook asked us to take the pre-cooked ones that’s on the counter. This is my first time that a 5-start hotel cook asked me to do this. All in all, I would like to suggest more training for the breakfast team, in order to create better customer experience.

Amazing shower!

Great hotel with a very good location. Close to rail line (air conditioned trains) and also close to great restaurants and shopping centre. The staff were great and everything met my expectations and more. The standout for me was the best showerI have ever had at the many hotels I have stayed at around the world - it was very good in layout and shower - sometimes it’s the small things that makes a stay memorable. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location is convenient, but it is easy to get stuck in traffic! The service is friendly, but some facilities are inconvenient, for example, the water bottles provided are reusable glass bottles, which are impossible for tourists to carry out!

For the past three years, I've spent my holidays in Bangkok and have always stayed at the Hilton Sukhumvit Bangkok. Its excellent location near shopping malls and the BTS makes it a fantastic choice. However, this time, the room I was assigned needed maintenance—the night lights weren’t working, and one of the USB charging sockets was also faulty.

Staff were amazing. They were able to accommodate as at much earlier time then the check in (we traveled almost 30 hours and arrived at the hotel around 8am and they gave us room). We were also check out 2 hours later than usual time. Very accommodating, super nice and very helpful. Breakfast was great, lots of food to pick from. Great pool with shade cabanas and chairs. Would definitely recommend it and stay again.

Misleading room photos

The Executive Suite photos leave out the living area and instead include a shot of the Executive Lounge. This is misleading at best. Photos of the entire suite should be the minimum requirement, so you know what you're getting. The actual living area, work desk, and mini bar were lackluster. Interview speeds were serviceable, but not great.

Deep soak bathtub is excellent. Room is dark. Breakfast is not attractive, juices are not frequently refilled. Restaurant doesn’t have a good vibe for breakfast, too dark and old school. Cushions looks old and dirty.
