There was no kettle in the room, and I wa a bit confused with regards to where I could get a coffee or not. The chair in the room was very flimsy and bendy, making it difficult to sit on, otherwise all good.

We loved our stay here! Comfortable beds, yummy breakfast and the Soi it is located on is alittle off the major road which we found to be great! They also give an adorable keychain upon checking out.

nice simple hotel in great location close to BTS. Hotel is fairly noisy as very popular with Mainland Chinese tourists but overall good hotel in good location. Limited breakfast choice but plenty of places close by for breakfast.

The street noise was very bad, with a rooster crowing and dogs fighting all night long from across the street, with minimal sound-proofing. That, and the swimming pool is really a bathtub with pretensions. Other than that, clean enough and close to transportation. Staff was nice and friendly.

Ok budget hotel med bra pris och med gångavstånd till bla MBK Gallerian. Ligger på en bakgata med väldigt lite trafik, vilket var positivt. Rent och helt ok rum, vi hade rum med balkong. Frukosten var så där. Den stora nackdelen är att det saknas ljudisolering i rummen. Så du kan höra allt som händer i korridorerna nätterna igenom. Vi hade rum mot innergården så vi hörde ingen trafik. Hotellet borde införa tydligare regler kring gästernas beteende under vissa delar av dygnet. Det skriks och pratas nätterna igenom när gästerna kommer tillbaks till hotellet. Ingen hänsyn tas till andra gäster. Men detta kanske hör ihop att det är ett billigare hotell. Men lite isolering hade gjort susen. Fråga inte hotellet om restaurang-rekommendationer. Den som vi fick var helt värdelös, och det är pinsamt att hotellet ens kunde rekommendera det.

Overall, this was not a 4 star hotel. We stayed 3 nights and had no hot water in our room, even after complaining twice. We also booked this hotel because we were able to take advantage if the free tuk tuk service to the train station. However, when we arrived, the hotel said the tuk tuk was ‘broken’. We would have chosen a completely different hotel had we known this. Very disappointed. Staff was really friendly though and the rooms were fairly clean. The hot water and false advertisement was really unacceptable though.

We were disappointed with the area and the swimming pool. We were stopping over fter a long flight and before another long one and couldn't relax by the pool. Had a bit of trouble at first, getting there. The taxi's didn't know where it was. We felt it didn't match the description that made us book.

The staff were super friendly, helpful and respectful. It was the best hotel that I ever stayed in, in my whole life! The breakfast is excellent and the cleaning staff are very hard working. If this hotel had apartments, I would rent from them in a heartbeat! This was the best hotel experience I have ever had by far.

Location away from noisy main road is a positive. Shower clogs and you are ankle deep in your own gray water. Had to shut water off so gray water drains as I washed my hair so I do not flood the entire bathroom floor.
