hotel is just above the market but not noisy. room is clean but towels are abit old but no stain. staff are friendly. recommend for budget stay with market and shopping near by.

The location was really great and the staff is helpful. However , toothbrush wasn’t provided so take note. Besides that, it’s all worth the money.

cockroaches everywhere in the room. found 1 on my toothbrush! Super gross!! The last night, we couldn’t stand it anymore and get them to change our room. Towels and sheets are old n filthy. I got rashes on my face after the stay. I would definitely not come back and would not recommend!!!

Room 513

Everything is gd and ok as It near to all shopping and street food. The only thing is room 513 is full of small cockroaches. It everywhere from table to the toilet. The service is gd but breakfast is very standard. I stay for 8 days and it almost the same food daily.

Downstairs directly is pratunam market and opposite is platinum mall. Best for shopping. While market is open, crowded. We came back around 4pm to hotel, almost all shops closed, so still ok.

It would have been excellent except that when you use credit card, the hotel charges a 3% increase in rates! That is not allowed by the bank, but they do impose a 3% additional rate
