Right in the middle of 'Hi-So' Bangkok.
Good prices for what you get in the 'HiSo' part of Bangkok. You get what you pay for...the room was quite small, however as we went out during the day it didn't matter that the walls felt a bit like they were closing in. The Ibis was right in the middle of all the shopping activities in the area. However If you want a peaceful nearby place for lunch or evening meal, try the nearby Jim Thompson cafe. Good food, good prices and a respite from the crowds...and the heat. At the steps to National Stadium station.

The staff was very helpful when my airport transport was delayed. They can speak good English and communication was easy. They also give good recommendation for meals as we reach the hotel late. Thumb up!

Hotel room & bathroom too small for big size people. Bathroom cubicle glass door cannot shut properly thus causing water to splash & wet at the toilet area. TV not working well. Room light too dim. Overall poor maintenance. We requested to cancel & refund hotel stay on the 2nd day for the remainder 5 nites but was told cannot cancel. Hotel management is not flexible. Anyway, we shifted out for another hotel nearby which has bigger room with good facilities. In order to get back our deposit, we returned to the hotel to stay for the last nite before returning to our country. We will not stay in this hotel again for our next vacation.

Hotel room & toilet too small. TV not working. Bathroom glass door cannot be closed properly and water splashed into the toilet bowl area. Have to change and shifted to another room caused inconvenience. However hotel counter staff are helpful. We will not stay in this hotel in the future.
