A very enjoyable stay. The staff is polite, efficient , and speak English well. Our room clean, modern, and comfortable. Great mattress and pillows. Both a/c units worked great. Toilet had a bidet seat...great! Blackout curtains for sleeping in. Huge tv and good internet. If you use more than three devices, you need to ask the limit changed, no charge. Our room had a washer/drier combo but a coin op laundry is avaliable on the first floor. Breakfast buffet had a wide variety and great quality. The pool, sauna and gym were nice. Probably this will be my go to hotel in Bangkok from now on.

Great hotel full of charm and gives you the feel of going back in time. The buildings and grounds are very well kept and have that old style charm most modern hotels lack. The staff are amazing always greet you with a smile and warm welcome and very positive response when asking for assistance. One small complaint about the room is a lack of power outlets the room we have has one spare outlet and these days when i expect most travelers have numerous devices to charge they do need to update this. I would recommend Wura Bura as a great base for exploring the Hua Hin area.

Sehr schönes Hotel , gute Lage.

Wir haben uns im Jasmine Grande Residens sehr wohl gefühlt, luxuriös, sauber und komfortabel. Hatten das Glück ein Upgrade zu bekommen, eine Suite, Frühstück war sehr gut, guter Cappuccino, toller Pool mit Rutsche, schnelles Internet, es hat uns so gut gefallen, das wir sogar verlängert haben. 10 Minuten zu Fuß zur BTS, Geschäfte und Restaurants in der Nähe.

Fantastic staff service. Early check in and late checkout was available. Swimming pool area was under construction, so it wasn’t inviting or relaxing and there weren’t enough sun beds. Breakfast was excellent. Room with the great view and spacious. All in all, 8.4 stars

Really enjoyed staying at this hotel and would go back again. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The cleaniness of the rooms and common areas is well maintained. The breakfast provided was amazing - there was a wide range of varieties every day, and the food was very vegetarian and vegan friendly. The hotel is also near a convenience store for any quick groceries, and the rooms have a small stove in the kitchen as well. The hotel is a walkable distance away from the BTS skytrain stop, and its distance from popular tourist areas makes it easy to call cabs reasonably.

I really enjoyed my stay here. It isn’t the newest, but it is immaculate for an older hotel and has a Spa, nail salon, & a 24 hour grocery store connected to it, which is super convenient. I didn’t get a chance to view the other amenities but my partner said the gym was clean & so was the pool area. There are plenty of other food options, massage shops, and ATMs within walking distance, as well as a BTS station about a 12 minute walk away and Grab/Bolt bikes usually arrive within 3 minutes. I will definitely stay at the Jasmine Grande again whenever I’m in Phra Khanong.
