We enjoyed our Mida hotel stay. The breakfast buffet was very good, the rooms and beds were quite comfortable and great AC. It was a refreshing to use the pool that was great for swimming laps. My only complaint was there is absolutely nowhere to walk to within the vicinity of the hotel.For instance, a coffee shop or restaurant would’ve been nice, We took taxis every time we left, and they were reasonably priced

Hotel is nice and for a fair price. Staff service is excellent. Would recommend highly. Downside is that there is not much to see around walking distance as its mostly a business district. Nice mall and park within walking distance. I would definitely stay again.

Checking in was good for they checked earlier.

Glad only stayed on night for the air condition unit wasn't cooling the room at 16C and the TV only had local stations and none in English..

Far away from happening places

This place is too far away from anywhere except the government complex and on weekdays going anywhere by car is impossible. No easy connection to the train either or food. On weekends, traffic is lighter but I will still go elsewhere if I have a choice and in Bangkok - there are better choices everywhere. Breakfast is boring and needs to be improved.

2 weeks at Mida as couple

Pros: awesome staff - anything you ask for you will get in minutes. Great room - very modern and clean with large rain shower head style. Hotel restaurant food was tasty but costly Cons: poor location for taxi - have to make several u-turns that takes you way of away from your route. No street vendor for food and had to take taxi to mall everyday, not even a 7-11 near by.The pool was closed for construction and no one told us. Although they didn't kick us out of the pool when we were in it. Since the top floor was under construction there were loud noises all day on some day starting at 7:30 am. No ice and if you asked for an ice bucket it cost 23 baht.

Acceptable and Nice service

The room is clean, and people very kind and friendly, I consider this a good fitting choice for those traveler only staying at most 3 to 5 days. If you need to stay longer, maybe you would feel tired of the breakfast. The light of room is a bit dark for me, especially when I read a book and surf the internet with my notebook.

In the middle of nowhere

Chose this hotel for the close proxomity to hospital my wife attended for procedure. Hotel is hard to find and due to one way streets, taxi driver had to get help from me and Google Maps to get there. Standard foyer, reception not very forward, english almost non existing. Bellboy was great though. Room standard. I chose the deLuxe room wich provided me with a few extra square meters in a corner to no use what so ever. Bed comfy alright, view of turnpike and industrial storage. Surroundings have nothing of entertainment value. Closest minimart and food approx 10-15 min walk along heavily busy street and almost non existing side walks. Breakfast far below standard. Oddly placed tables in diningroom with wast spaces combined with crowded areas where passing between tables almost imposible. I see no reason to recommend this hotel. (except for the super friendly bell boy)

Stayed 4 nights due to medical visit at nearby hospital. Hotel is oddly placed in semiindustrial, turnpike intersection. Very hard to reach if you are not on the right street. 10-15 minutes on oneway streets if you are not.Thank god for Google maps, driver didn't know how to get there even when hotel was in eye sight so I had to guide him through small side streets and U-turns. Hotel it self is standard, staff in reception somewhat shy'ish (?) and seems untrained. Bellboys was a blast though, kudos. Room it self ..well...booked the deLuxe room, which gave me 2 sq m extra space in a unused corner. Ample view of the turnpike and soda distributor warehouse. Bed comfortable though. Room service swift and pricey. Breakfast a disaster. The whole room was had groups of tables in islands, hard too pass whilst other parts were wide open. Food itself hardly worth mentioning. Minor offerings, and dry tasteless varieties offered. Internet...well if you think no connection or 15 b/sec, yes bits not megabyte, highspeed, you will not be dissapointed. Overheard several complaints of the non existing Internet connections from other guests. Nothing, absolutely nothing to do nearby. Closest Family Mart and Farmacy a brisk 10-15 min walk along street with heavy traffic, but hardly any side walk. All and all, Comfy beds, if sleeping is all you are planning on doing here.

Most guests come to this place for meeting. few guests from China. Small but tall building with great location near Kae Rai junction. Breakfast was simple but acceptable.
