The room was clean and spacious but the balcony doesn't have chairs or anything to sit on. I had a garden view that was beautiful with so many different song birds and plants. The pool was amazing. No hot tub but there is a section of the pool with jets set up to sit and relax. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had an amazing espresso machine. The service was impeccable. We stayed in this hoel for 4 nights. Hotel's location is perfect, just few minutes buy walking to the Phoenchit BTS station. Room is big and clean, breakfast has lots of choices. All staffs are friendly and helpful, especially one staff at the concierge name PAI, he is very very kind and helpful, always gave us great favor for what we need to know. Will stay here again next time .
