Very disappointed. This was my favorite hotel three years ago and now I will not go back there. They changed out the beds to cheaper ones, now like box spring bed, unlike the pillow top I had three years ago; they got rid of free shuttle service to the Nana BTS, which is a 12-minute walk now; the older woman at registration - terrible - who took 1.000 baht for deposit tried to take 500 baht by blaming me for a crack on a mug, which may have been placed there for such purpose. Very upset. I will not be back. Saavy traveler from Los Angeles.

デポジットが現金でTHB1000バーツ必要です。（クレジットカード不可） 数日のビジネストリップで、現金はなるべく持ちたくないのに、チェックインの時に急に言われて驚きました。 部屋は広くて設備も悪くないですが、2点気になることがありました。 ・エアコンの音がかなりうるさい。神経質な方は睡眠の妨げになると思います。 ・水が錆臭い。飲用はもちろん出来ませんが、口をすすぐのも厳しいくらい匂いがしました。
