The concierge staff are helpful and welcoming. Big thanks to OUI and SEK for helping me order perfume and keep tracking the order for me to ensure I can receive it before I leave. Amazing service. Breakfast is good, but with limited variety. I think some amenities should undergo maintenance, as I have had a night with no hot water. However, the front desk staff are friendly and immediately send someone to check. Overall, it was a wonderful trip and I will definitely be back if I visit Thailand again

I've stayed at this property before, good value for the money. Hotel is about twenty years old and in decent shape. They expanded the breakfast area and food is better than before. About a ten minute walk to the BTS station. Staff is polite and helpful.

Avoid this place. It looks like a bargain. We booked seven nights but checked out after one. We were kept awake by a party going on to 0400, we reported it to security but they did nothing. We complained in the morning and were shown another room on a different floor. We moved our bags only to come back to a cockroach in the bathroom. I checked the shower drain and there was an infestation of them. We had to fight our case to get a refund. The management could care less. It’s a dirty grubby old hotel

I have stopped at this hotel over 20 times. But on this visit the wi-fi download speed was extremely poor. Did report several times but did not improve. But I will still stay at the hotel in Nov so hope speed improved
