The room was clean and the staff was very helpful, ensuring that we had a taxi taking us to the airport a few hours after check-out. The apartment had a small kitchen, but due to lack of sufficient kitchen equipment we ended up not using anything else but glasses and a bowl. We used the washing machine, which was great. However, the apartment lacked a convenient place for us to hang our clothes to dry. So that should be provided, especially if you‘re staying longer than just a few days.

Room: The room was beautiful. Roof top view is extremely beautiful. I room was comfortable and spacious. The washer and dryer was not the best. It took forever to dry. Even after the cycle was done, our clothes were still damp. Check In- Was a breeze. Staff was really polite and friendly. Extremely helpful and accommodating. I really appreciate one of the receptionist, knowing my name and room number without me even telling her. Buffet food: Could use more selection. Average, nothing special. One of the staff lady down in the buffet area was not nice. She could use some customer service training again. Bell boys/first floor people: Extremely helpful and kind. Services was excellent. The elevator took forever. There's only 2. While we were there, one was broken and so we waited almost 15 mins to get down/or up. Overall, very nice place to stay. Staff was amazing and polite. I really like how the reception remember who I was and what room I was in without me telling her.

Room looked really nice and staff were nice. However, the walls are extremely thin, I could hear when neighbors sneezed and when they would eat. It gets really noisy in the daytime. There is also no full size body length mirror. The shower water was not really hot even on the hottest setting and even when I turned the AC off, the rooms were always so cold

Really lovely staff, great location close to On Nut BTS and Sukhumvit line. Water pressure in the room left a lot to be desired. Water barely above a dribble in the bathroom sink. No hot water in kitchen sink which made washing dishes challenging. But overall would stay again
