Just NO. There is nothing really “tranquil” or “unobtrusive” about this villa. I requested to pay and upgrade to a better room on arrival, hotel virtually empty, was told unable I ‘paid for the room I paid for’ - a flat out ‘no’ despite offering to pay the upgrade from initial request. So staff emphasise the rules of the hotel at checkin - minimal noise, smoking etc… The noise! They book the rooftop for parties that go all night & then other nights there is dragging & banging all night! Pointless complaining. Then construction from 7.30AM to at least 8PM, constant banging & sawing ALL day long. Earplugs offered at checkin as solution! Also first place obviously judged by restaurant staff in Thailand. Very sad as it is such a beautiful and welcoming place. Other staff helpful and lovely. Hotel looks beautiful. Atmosphere not deceiving. You should be warned before spending your money!

We booked for two nights but extended our stay by a night. This hotel is amazing its extremely clean, modern with a great team of friendly staff who so so helpful and have very good service standards Highly highly recommend this family friendly hotel on your next trip to Bangkok

The master bedroom and bathroom were really stinky. Called to complain this and was sent a staff to come in with air freshener spray only which of course did not last. Had to sleep in such terrible smell! There was also water leakage in the bathroom and many insects flying around the villa. All in al, it was an unpleasant stay and was not worth the price!

環境好同設施都新, 泳池乾淨，同埋冷熱水都好夠。職員好友善, 多於助人, 好好笑容, Pool villa大廳設備齊全, 有兩款酒杯同酒櫃十分好。 缺點主要是洗手間無抽氣扇，令洗手間的渠口會有臭味, 不可以掉廁紙落馬桶會帶來不便, 可改進。

I like the private pool in the Villa and the swimming pool. If there can be more space then it will be better.
