They had me booked for three rooms instead of one. I ordered deluxe. The room was definitely not deluxe, I complained just fell on deaf ears, that hotel does not deserve 4.5 rating too maybe 3.5

Staff is exceptionally nice. Hotel operations are great too. The bed was massive, like a California King, and was super comfortable, loved it. There were a few annoyances though. The gym is very, very average & they have a steam room (not a sauna) that didn’t work. The room itself was 3.5/5 clean when I first came in. This is definitely a popular hotel, but nonetheless a hotel room shouldn’t appear “used” once you first walk in. I did find a hair on the sheets as soon as I came in. The area is the Asok neighborhood by Street 11, and honestly that’s the worst part. A lot of degeneracy around there/that street, and the street itself is extremely dirty, although the hotel itself was clean. If you’re looking to party, eat, drink, and hire “friends” then the area is definitely your vibe - and nothing wrong with that, it’s one of many aspects to this city. I will say, the location is CLOSE to a lot of other nicer areas where you can do other things that Bangkok has to offer. All in all, I did enjoy my time here, it was good but not great, but the staff & the hotel itself were top notch.

Absolutely love the staff here, they’re very kind and accommodating. The concierge men are the best, so helpful with booking excursions and touring Bangkok. The room and facilities are clean and modern. The location is the best, you can get to any and everything easily. There are always trusted taxi services right outside.
