Check-in was very slow and no air conditioning in the reception area while you wait for someone to turn up. No-one spoke to me in 4 days, no room cleaned, no drinking water after day one. Very noisy from the street. The location was good for what I wanted to do and there is free parking available. I chose this place because it’s pet-friendly. The room size was good enough and the bed is comfortable however guests should be able to have the lighting how they want it rather than 2 or 3 small dim bulbs that you can’t read with. I would stay again but lower my expectations.
