Inhumane conditions. Bed was all coil springs that dug into the body, towels were dark grey, pillow cases were dirty, heard a rat underneath the bed. The kind of place where you’d question if life was worth living.

I had a lovely stay with my family at Sukhumvit 20. Sukhumvit 20 guest house is owned by a very nice Indian family. They are so hospitable and sweet. They run a small Thai restaurant just down the accomodation. It was so convenient to grab anything you want from 7 Eleven that is located just opposite the guest house. Walking to the metro station from the property, you can find many restaurants, street food stalls and other miscellaneous shops. There is one lovely gift shop on the way to the train station. All you need for the Thailand's gifts is there with so affordable price. I would definitely recommend this property for your trip to Bangkok.

You stay at the property for the owners, very nice people. The room is old, you get what you pay for. This is not a couple's place, probably single men. Good for 2 or 3 days. But you're in the middle of the action. Term 21, soi cowboy. But it's extreme budget hotel.

Pictures on Expedia is very deceiving.. unbelievable that Expedia would provide these pictures online when the hotel is extremely old and dirty. Glad I only had a few hours there.

simple and comfortable

hotel is old and cramped but beds are clean and comfortable and ac is cold. Water was dripping from the ceiling in the bathroom leaving puddle on the floor which but that is easily repairable. Next door neighbors were audible

Pathetic Hotel which lacks basic hygiene!

Hotels.com should remove this hotel from it's list of hotel. The room is full of viruses and dust which gave me a chest infection. Bed bugs, cobwebs and dirt is commen everywhere in the room.It's apathetic where basic hygiene is even concern. Seriously travelers who would book this hotel can seriously fall ill. I request hotels.com to please get this hotel off their list as some one could get sick extreamly bad and would be a liability of Hotel.com.
