We loved our stay! The location was great and the city views were incredible. We enjoyed watching the sunsets from the 38th floor lounge. The staff went above and beyond. The rooms are showing some signs of wear and tear and could use a refresh, but the common areas, restaurants and pool are lovely. I would say it’s more of a 4 star than a 5 star, but I would recommend this hotel as a great place to stay.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming throughout my visit. The location is extremely convenient just a short walk to the BTS station and close to Terminal 21, which made shopping and getting around Bangkok very easy.
