Stayed here for 7 days and we really didnt like staying here at all. There were mosquitoes in our rooms and everyday we need to be killing after a few of them before we can sleep, but still got bitten. The heater wasnt working for one of the rooms as well, but they got it fixed properly after. The toilet drainage smells bad, our room always smell disgusting when we come back. There was also a short blackout. Their bed are hard to sleep on, causing all of us with body aches. The rooms and lift were small and cramp. I know I cant expect much from a 3 star hotel(as on google) but if comparing nearby hotel that is also 3 star which we stayed before, this one really isnt worth it. Note that there is a 500thb deposit in cash per room that was not inform prior to booking. But location is still good, near to 711, pratunam market, platinum mall

Convenience to stay for shopping...

Located in middle of Soi 15, so very easy access to Pratunam area, even Siam Paragon or MBK for shopping. In room there are small insects and small red ants (fireants?) who are after foods. That was the only nuisance. All else is acceptable and ok.

This place is cool. I like the room as is clean and comfy. Just that the toilet probably need to double up the cleaning. Is not that dirty, but the side of the floor and wall are really dirty if you look into it. There is a cafe at the reception place, foods are great with affordable price. It opens from 7am to midnight. Staff is good and good manners.

Better choices around for service and rooms.

One of the more often mentioned hotels in travel blogs. I think it is overrated. Booked for 2 night to try out, moved out the very next day. Counter staff looked uninterested and not helpful. Room is small and the top level looks old and somewhat dusty on the outside. Breakfast is pretty decent.

Security was good. Card access lift. Breakfast eggs cooked well. However, note restriction of order at below 120 baht from menu. The bread, hot drinks and fruits was all you can eat for breakfast. There is a coffee place within hotel premise which sells pretty decent coffee and opens till midnight. Towels in room very worn out. Room itself was small with tiny window but for guests who just need a place to sleep, its convenient. Located in Pratunam area close to street shopping and good local food. Trains are within 15 minutes walk.

Great Location.

It was great. From airport (DMK) to hotel around 35-45 minutes by grab car. 500 bhat for deposit. Rarely at the room since our intention at Bangkok is to shopping. Staff really great by borrowing us the umbrella. Nearby money changer giving really good rate. (they refer to XE currency apps). The location was nearby Platinum Shopping Mall. 5 minutes walking. Siam Centre and others were 10-15 minutes walking distance. short walk to nearby 7e, night market.
