Great location. Located beside a mall and walkable to MBK and Siam square (around 20mins walk). Not close to BTS but direct link to blue line mrt. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only thing is the housecleaning service. The floor was not cleaned daily because I can see my hair lying around everyday. It’s only the last day when they finally cleaned the floor. I have nothing to complain except for the house cleaning.

I am not sure what is going on at this hotel with the front counter staff. There seems to be an organised scheme to charge guests for fake damage. The staff tried to charge us for a shampoo bottle that would not pump shampoo. Had an argument with them. This is not good at all.

Siisti perushotelli hyvällä paikalla metroaseman, ostoskeskuksen ja ravintoloiden vieressä, soveltuu vaikka yhden yön yöpymiseen kun ei odota mitään erikoista. Aamiaista ei ollut tarjolla (mutta ostarin ravintolat ihan vieressä, tai kokeile paikalliseen tyyliin 7/11-aamiaista) eikä myöskään uima-allasta.

安靜舒適 床超好睡

地點非常好，樓下可直通地下鐵，去哪都方便。隔壁的mall吃東西也方便。每個房間都配備一支三星手機，有飯店24小時客服，如果怕英文溝通不良，可以用文字聊天方式，請飯店提供按摩預約等服務。飯店唯一的缺點是沒有提供免費咖啡，早餐是到隔壁咖啡廳兌換，也不是很好吃。對了，床跟枕頭非常好睡，我還買了一顆他們的枕頭回來。
