The estate includes 166, 165, 164-1, and 164-2 Apple Blossom. Units 166, 165, and 164-1 are each 2 bedroom layouts, while 164-2 is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom lower-level townhome. The 164-1 and 164-2 townhomes are upper and lower level spaces that do not connect through the interior, giving groups the benefit of staying close while maintaining privacy between units.

The property sits in the middle of an apple orchard with long-range mountain views, giving guests a peaceful setting while still keeping them close to the area’s best restaurants, shops, wineries, ski resorts, hiking trails, and year-round attractions.

Banner Elk is a favorite for guests visiting Sugar Mountain, Beech Mountain, Grandfather Mountain, Lees-McRae College, Wilderness Run Alpine Coaster, local wineries, breweries, scenic drives, and the Blue Ridge Mountains. In winter, the area is popular for skiing, snowboarding, tubing, and cozy mountain weekends. Apple picking is permitted when apples are in season. Apples should be picked only for personal enjoyment during the stay, and guests should use caution while walking through the orchard, as natural outdoor areas may include uneven ground, insects, wildlife, and changing weather conditions.

The 164-1 and 164-2 townhomes are upper and lower level spaces and do not connect through the interior. This layout is excellent for groups that want to stay together on one property while still enjoying separate private living areas.

Cameras are onsite exterior only and cover the main parking areas, entrances and roads only. These cameras record 24/7 when motion is detected



Coolbnbs, the property owner, and approved contractors or service providers may access the property during a guest stay when needed for maintenance, repairs, inspections, appraisals, pest treatments, pool or hot tub service, lawn care, or other standard professional appointments related to the care, safety, or operation of the property.
