As you enter, you'll be welcomed by a spacious great room featuring vaulted ceilings, rustic wood walls, and a cozy stone fireplace with gas logs. The open floor plan seamlessly connects the great room to the dining area and a well-appointed kitchen. Cook and entertain in style with granite countertops, a central island, stainless steel appliances, double ovens, and a gas range. A convenient half bath is also located on this level.
The main level hosts the primary bedroom, complete with a queen bed, ceiling fan, desk, TV, and an ensuite bathroom featuring a double vanity and a shower. Additionally, there's a king bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom, offering a shower/tub combo for added convenience.
Descend to the lower level, where you'll find a third bedroom with a queen bed, ceiling fan, TV, and private deck access. As with all rooms, this includes an additional ensuite bathroom with a full shower. For extra sleeping space, there's a cozy alcove on the lower level with a twin over twin bunk bed.
Step outside to the expansive deck, ideal for outdoor dining and relaxation. Enjoy the stunning mountain views while grilling on the gas grill or unwinding in the ample seating provided.

ADDITIONAL IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Due to the elevation, the Town of Seven Devils requires that all visitors from November-April come prepared with 4WD or AWD, and during inclement weather chains may be required. This home is accessed by a paved road and roads will be plowed with 3"+ of snow after a storm, but it is wise to come prepared for any weather possibility. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
- The garage space is used to store personal items for the homeowner and is not available for guest access or use.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided.
- Check in is after 4pm and Checkout is by 10am
-This home allows up to 1 mature, well-trained dog with an additional pet rent of $25.00 per pet per night plus tax. Pets other than dogs are not permitted.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit.
Bookings canceled within 15 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
