We stayed in this beautiful cottage for first trip to NC mountains. After several searches this one was perfect for family of 4. Nick was great, very accommodating & responsive. Cottage is beautiful, clean and part of Eagle Nest community which provides several activities & amenities. Location of cottage is close to main road which makes it easy to get in and out or to town. You do hear cars from road, but doesn’t take away from serenity of NC mountains. Walking distance to river, small ponds, and green space. Great property & host and will return.

Really enjoyed our stay! The accommodations were terrific and we loved the common property, especially sitting by the river. The location was perfect, central to the Elk River Club where we attended a wedding, Banner Elk, and our hikes at Beech Mountain and the Roan Higlands. Our bed was super comfortable and we loved having coffee on the screened porch.
