This is a pet-friendly home and requires an additional fee of $150 Per Pet to stay in the property. PLEASE NOTE: This is not a deposit and does not cover damage or additional cleaning as a result of the pet stay.

♥The Penthouse (Sleeps 4) ♥: Perched on the Top Floor of the Main Home, this light-filled luxury escape features eight (8) dramatic skylights, a kids playroom hidden behind a secret door, a king-sized bed, two (2) cleaver custom built-in twin beds tucked perfectly into a cozy alcove, fully stocked kitchen, rainfall shower and a full-sized washer/dryer with detergent provided.

♥ Historic Hodge House (Sleeps 6) ♥ allows guests to step back in time while enjoying today's modern comforts. Dating back to the early 1900s, this beautifully restored historic home features two spacious king suites, each with its own private en-suite bathroom and luxurious rainfall shower. The Koala couch converts into a Queen Bed. Original architectural details, oversized windows, curated furnishings, and warm gathering spaces create an inviting atmosphere that perfectly balances history and luxury.

PET POLICY: Violation of our pet policy may result in a $300 fine per pet + cleaning expenses (if applicable). Disclosure of Service Animals is required. Undisclosed or Unauthorized pet(s) will result in a $300 fine per pet. If there are any unauthorized pet(s), your reservation will be canceled and will be asked to leave. No refund will be given under any circumstances, and you will also be fined ($300 fine per pet). Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) ARE NOT considered Service Animals and while ESAs are primarily for emotional support, Service Animals are specially trained to perform tasks for handlers with disabilities who require assistance with daily tasks and must remain with their owner at all times. SAs (Service Animals) are protected under the American Disability Act (ADA).

WILDLIFE: Guests may occasionally spot local wildlife while enjoying the property, which is part of the natural beauty of the area. Wildlife sightings are unpredictable, and guests assume all responsibility for their safety while outdoors. The host is not liable for any interactions with wildlife.
