Nestled on a spacious, tree-shaded terrace, it offers unobstructed views of the surrounding vineyards and direct access to hiking trails. Access is via a staircase of approximately thirty steps, with a private parking space at the foot of the stairs.
The house comprises: A bright living room with a sofa bed (permanent sleeping space), opening onto the terrace.
A fully equipped open-plan kitchen (capsule coffee machine), also opening onto the terrace and its barbecue, ideal for al fresco dining.
A shower room with a walk-in shower.
A separate WC. For your comfort, a cot can be provided upon request. Cyclists will also appreciate the possibility of storing their bicycles safely in a secure, enclosed garage.

Sehr schönes Objekt mit hochwertiger Ausstattung. Die Sauberkeit lieĂ jedoch zu wĂŒnschen ĂŒbrig. Dass die GlastĂŒr des Hauseingangs komplett gesprungen und nur notdĂŒrftig gesichert war, wurde uns vor unserer Ankunft von der Agentur leider nicht mitgeteilt. Wir mussten den Schaden melden und klar stellen, dass der Schaden vor unserem Einzug entstanden war. Da keine Handwerker verfĂŒgbar waren, konnte der Glasschaden nicht wĂ€hrend unseres Aufenthaltes repariert werden. Lage und Ausblick des Objektes waren dennoch einzigartig. Der in der Nachbarschaft wohnende GebĂ€udeeigentĂŒmer war sehr freundlich und bemĂŒht.
