This large and charming house is located just 50 m from the beach in Banyul's older neighbourhood. The house has 3-4 floors, 100 sqm with space for 6-8 people. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 living rooms and a lovely roof terrace. It is located on a quiet street next to the bakery, restaurants and shops.

On the ground floor there is a large garage, hall and separate toilet. On the 1st floor is the kitchen which is fully equipped and a small glazed porch.
