Useless staff, tiny, dated , poor shower -rip off

Most inconsiderate staff ever : called 36 hours before check in explaining airline lost my luggage and had to delay arrival one day - hotel had no vacancy but staff refused any consideration, tried for days to get manager but they ware only in for less than 15 min and would not return calls. My truck camper bathroom was significantly larger than theirs , shower was super low flow - practically drips out , place is at lease 70 years old and dated, room was tiny, bugs ( flies and spiders in room) , incredibly overpriced for such a dump - I travel all over the US and world for both business and pleasure extensively and have never had such an awful experience at a hotel - do Not stay here!!!

Definitely a nice place for a quick overnight. Clean, quiet, friendly staff and amenities were easily accessible. Would have liked to dtay longer and will definitely go back next year!

A very comfortable motel right off the Highway into Bar Harbor, about a 10-15 minute drive from town. The room was very clean with comfortable beds, a good shower and tub, a coffee maker, microwave and fridge in the room. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is a bagged breakfast you pick up from reception and eat at the picnic tables or in your room or on the road, so not great but saves time. My only suggestion would be to have some real milk pods in the fridge for the coffee (or available at reception on check-in). Overall a lovely stay.

Place was clean, nice pool area and fire pit. Staff were friendly. Unfortunately we had a loud man in the room next to us so could hear him clearly when he was in the room (walls must be thin) and didn’t spend time sitting in the chairs outside the room.

Lovely property, especially for the price. It was clean, the staff was attentive, laundry facility was nice and it was walking distance to a coffee shop and restaurant. Went with my 15 year old and we had a good time! It was very safe!

A good overnight stop

This is a comfortable, rather old-style motel; rooms were small and so was the shower, but perfectly relaxing, pet-friendly with plenty of room for walking the dog, and a lovely quiet beach just a mile or so away. We didn’t get breakfast, but the staff were very friendly.
