Staff support very poor. We were there because a family member passed away and drove up from Portsmouth 4 hours away. We explained our situation dealing with funeral arrangements and gathering their belongings. The death was sudden and unexpected. Front desk clerk was not helpful. Would not allow early check in or late check out so we could attend to the details of the death. Totally uncaring staff. Will not be returning and will stay in Ellsworth at another hotel when we come back for funeral arrangements.

Check in was easy with Anntoni’s help. She let us know that we actually would save money using the website so we went for it. Our room is clean and in good repair, plus we look forward to getting the free breakfast in the morning. No complaints here!

Everything was great. Clean, comfortable. Most important for us, traveling with our dog, we we greeted with a goody bag (treats, poop bags, cookies and bottled water for us, and a large blanket to protect the king size bed!!!!). What a great idea the blanket is. We travel with our own but why don’t all motels do this ( instead of demanding you keep the dog off the bed - good luck with that)

The room was clean, comfortable and had a nice TV to watch a football game. The breakfast was excellent and provided good options for healthy food choices. Staff was available and helpful. Parking was convenient right outside the front entrance to the hotel. We appreciated the ice-cream snacks available on the night of our arrival.
