Golf enthusiasts will enjoy easy access to scenic resort courses nearby.

You’ll be welcomed by plush seating, smart TVs, and charming decor inside this lovely abode. The air-conditioned interiors boast an inviting open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. Snuggle up on the sofa to stream your favorite movies or break out the board games at the dining table while sharing lots of laughs. The well-equipped kitchens host modern appliances, ample storage, and everything you need to create delicious home-cooked meals. Each bedroom is welcoming, with soft, cozy linens, additional TVs, and thoughtful accents. After a full day of outdoor adventure, utilize the private washer/dryer for any gear or swimsuits and unwind on the deck with a glass of wine to watch the sunset. The spacious and tranquil yard is the perfect spot to gather, kick back, and end a wonderful day.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
As per town rental regulations, this rental property allows a maximum occupancy of three unrelated individuals at any time.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
