Romantic villa with pool and spektakular view

Villa Franica is a romantic, charming and beautifully decorated Villa with a spectacular and breathtaking view.
Private pool, located in a large garden, overlooks the amazing valley of Raša.
The house has 3 bedrooms with large king size beds. Two additional beds are available, and can be placed in any of the bedrooms. On the first floor of the house, there is the kitchen, living room and dining room, all in one open area. The first bedroom is also on the first floor, along with 1 bathroom. Two more bedrooms and one more bathroom are on the second floor. The ground floor is currently not available, we are planning on opening it for the next year.

The house is semi-attached, and you have the exclusive use of the indoors, pool and garden.

Free WiFi, barbecue, gazebo, air-conditioning, plenty of parking space and breathtaking views.

Peaceful location, wonderful views
We stayed in this holiday accommodation for 2 weeks in July 2023 - parents with 2 x grown up sons and a 5 yr old grandson. The accommodation was perfect for our needs. Rooms were very clean, kitchen had excellent pans and plenty of china and the new large TV took an HDMI cable so we were able to watch a couple of English films in the evenings. The pool and outdoor space was wonderful and includes outdoor play swings etc for young children. There is a large choice of pebbly beaches around 35-40 mins distance and lots of lovely small villages to enjoy. A car is essential but there is plenty of easy parking next to the villa and the roads are quiet and well maintained. Mateo is a great host - thank you very much for letting us stay.

Wonderful relaxing week in the Istrian countryside but within striking distance of Rovinj and Porec!
Milena's accommodation was perfect for our family of 5 (three small children aged 7,5 and 1 years old) - the pool got a lot of use and the house itself is beautiful with bathrooms on ground floor and 1st floor, good sized kitchen diner and all immaculately clean. What was also really nice was that the kitchen had everything you needed (unlike some air b n bs) and the best bit of all, that you cannot really appreciate from the photos, are the breath taking views from the three terraces outside of the house. All in all a wonderful week! Thank you Milena!

Pachtige vakantie
We werden hartelijk verwelkomd en kregen een ruim welkompakket met drank, hapjes en zelfgemaakte olijfolie. Het huisje voldeed aan al onze verwachtingen, het is leuk dat er meerdere terrassen zijn zodat je altijd van de zon kan genieten. Je hebt van overal een fantastisch zicht. We kregen bijna om de 3 dagen nieuwe handdoeken. Het zwembad werd elke dag gereinigd en zelfs de BBQ werd opgepoetst na gebruik. De woonkamer is misschien wel net iets te klein voor 8 personen: de zetel is klein en niet handig maar dat is dan ook het enigste minpuntje. Als afscheidscadeautje kregen we nog een grote fles heerlijke olijfolie mee en alle kinderen kregen een stuk chocolade. Absoluut de moeite waard!

Große Unterkunft mit Traumhaftem Pool.
Es war eine wundervolle Woche in Istrien. Das einzige was man wissen muss es ist sehr abgelegen und man braucht ein Auto. Ansonsten war alles super. Vor allem der Pool :).

Pure Erholung
Es war ehrlich sehr schön und ruhig. Die Vermieterin war super nett und sehr zuvorkommend. Das Haus war sehr sauber sowie auch das Anwesen und der Pool. Wer Ruhe sucht und einfach abschalten möchte, ist hier absolut richtig. Die Kinder fanden den Pool besonders toll. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit.

Schöner Urlaub
Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub. Das Objekt ist sehr sauber und die Besitzerin hat regelmäßig neue Handtücher gebracht. Leider ist das Haus sehr weit abgelegen und man ist immer auf das Auto angewiesen. Aber im Groß und Ganzen passt alles.

Ruhe, Erholung fernab vom Trubel
Die Ferienwohnung war sehr schön gelegen. Die Aussicht von den unterschiedlichen Terrassen immer wieder schön. Es ist alles vorhanden was man sich wünschen kann. Die Küche ist vollumfänglich ausgestattet. Der Pool ist sauber und war sehr erfrischend bei 35 Grad. Die Betreuung durch Milena war sehr gut. Immer Ansprechbar und freundlich sowie hilfsbereit. Als Abschiedsgeschenk erhielten wir Olivenöl- vielen Dank nochmals! In der Beschreibung wurde auf die Lage eingegangen. Da wir das erste Mal in Kroatien waren, konnten wir die Beschreibung nicht genau einordnen. Die Ferienwohnung liegt landschaftlich sehr schön aber man benötigt ein Auto um die Gegend zu erkunden. Die Anfahrt zur Wohnung führt über die letzten Kilometer doch durch sehr einsame Gegenden. Also Autofahren sollte man schon können, kleine Straßen und größtenteils unbeleuchtet. Orientierung nur mit Navi- Ortsschilder sind nicht sehr aussagekräftig. Es gibt einen kleinen Laden fußläufig erreichbar für die nötigsten Sachen. Sehenswerte Städte sind innerhalb von 30- 45 Minuten per Auto erreichbar.

Wunderschönes Haus in traumhafter Umgebung
Vielen Dank für die wunderschöne Zeit in Ihrem traumhaften Haus. Es ist zwar sehr abgelegen und man muß mit dem Auto eine gewisse Strecke fahren um zum Meer oder zum Einkaufen zu kommen, aber das wußten wir vorher und war von uns auch so gewollt. Das Objekt mit Pool läßt keine Wünsche offen, und die Strände in Pula oder Rabaç sind so schön. Fußläufig gibt es einen kleinen Laden der für den täglichen Bedarf alles anbietet, für den Großeinkauf gibt es zB Lidl in ca. 17 km Entfernung. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder :)
