The ground floor also features an open kitchen fully equipped for self-catering, as well as a bathroom with bath, bidet, and WC.

The upper floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, mirrors the comfort of the level below with its own living and dining area complete with satellite TV and air conditioning, and access to a balcony.
