It comprises a living/dining room (fireplace not in use), a fully fitted and equipped kitchen, a shower room with walk-in shower, a toilet, one bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), one bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), and one bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and a single bed (90 cm). Amenities include a dishwasher, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, flat-screen TV and DVD player, and baby equipment including a high chair, two travel cots, and a baby bath. The enclosed garden features a tiled terrace, garden furniture, a barbecue, two sun loungers, two deck chairs, and two deck chairs. Parking is available on the property, and bicycles can be stored in the garage. Pets are welcome with prior agreement from the owners. A cleaning fee of €103 is available.
