This 100 m² house located in Barbâtre, equipped with WIFI, has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people. It has an enclosed garden, a 40 m² terrace with garden furniture, a barbecue for special moments and lovely summer evenings and a solar shower completes everything when you return from the beach.



Within the house you have a flat-screen television and a DVD player.

A washing machine also completes the facilities made available to you for your comfort.

The house comprises a modern bathroom, a shower room and two independent toilets. The open-plan kitchen is ideal for meals and is equipped with 3 induction hobs, a (combined) refrigerator, a microwave, an oven, a Nespresso Barista coffee machine and a dishwasher.



For young children, books and a few toys are available as well as a bathtub, a travel cot and a changing mat.



A private and enclosed outdoor parking space is reserved for you.

Rich in various animal and plant species, you can notably observe the birds and perhaps you will have the opportunity to take a selfie with the maraîchine cow.



The furnished property is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

The discreet owners occupy the neighbouring house during holidays.

Animals are accepted in this rental.

The tourist tax is added to the rental amount and must be paid before your stay.
