The hills around San Donato turn green and bright again, the air is fresh and pleasant, and nature comes back to life with blossoms and warm colors. It’s an ideal time for families and groups who want to enjoy the house in complete privacy, explore villages and wineries without crowds, and experience the Tuscan countryside at its most authentic, before the high season begins.

Our villa, immersed in the magical atmosphere of a pine forest, is the perfect retreat for families and friends who want to experience Tuscany like locals. Just 10-minute walk away, San Donato in Poggio, recognized among the 300 most beautiful villages in Italy, is a true gem in the Chianti region, perfectly positioned between Florence, Siena, and San Gimignano. The highway, just 5 minutes away, makes travel easy. With a private garden and pool, the villa offers privacy, comfort and authenticity.

Vintage 70s Home is a peaceful oasis surrounded by nature, perfect for those seeking relaxation and authenticity. It is structured on two levels with separate entrances: the entire ground floor, approximately 300 sqm (3,230 sq ft), is reserved exclusively for guests, ensuring privacy and autonomy. Some rooms on the lower floor are for private use and not accessible, but the villa remains entirely at your disposal without the presence of strangers.

The interiors offer spacious areas and an ideal separation between the living and sleeping quarters, a great advantage for those traveling with children: while they sleep, adults can unwind without fear of disturbing them. The sleeping area includes four bedrooms and two bathrooms, while the living area features an elegant open space with a designer fireplace and a game table, a reading room (which can be converted into an additional bedroom upon request), a bright dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen. Every space opens onto the large panoramic terrace, perfect for dining under the stars and enjoying aperitifs at sunset, with spectacular views of Barberino Val d’Elsa and Tavarnelle Val di Pesa.

Outside, the villa is surrounded by a large enclosed garden with maritime pines, cypresses, and centuries-old oaks, providing shade and tranquility on hot summer days. The pool in the patio is available to guests during the warmer months, ideal for cooling off and relaxing after a day of exploring Tuscany.

Guests access the villa through the main pedestrian gate, which opens onto a quiet private country road with very little traffic. Right in front of the house's main entrance, there are at least three free parking spaces, spacious and easily accessible.

The area is extremely safe and immersed in the peaceful countryside. For those who prefer a more secure parking option, we offer the possibility to park inside the villa, within the fenced area, for an additional fee.

In addition to the apartment, guests can enjoy the large, shaded patio perfect for relaxing outdoor as well as the enclosed garden/park surrounding the entire villa, ensuring privacy and an authentic connection with nature.
