Are you looking for a penthouse with a large terrace boasting the best views of Barcelona? Then this is THE place for you!

Located a short distance from Parc GĂŒell, it's in a quiet, local neighborhood, yet a stone's throw from the bustling city center. You'll find many great places to enjoy wine and tapas with the locals. We'll be happy to recommend several places depending on what you'd like to try.

The apartment has been carefully furnished to suit your needs for a short stay in the city. It has been designed with active and independent travelers in mind.
You can enjoy all your meals in the sun on the terrace while taking in the incredible views.

As a young and vibrant company, we want to expand our community of travelers and share experiences with people from all over the world. We'll be delighted to share our Barcelona dos and don'ts with you to ensure you make the most of your stay, and invite you to experience local life and culture from our perspective.

Location:
Located away from the hustle and bustle of the city center, but only 15 minutes by metro from Plaça Catalunya (the most touristy and historical part of Barcelona). The station is a short walk from the apartment, across the Vallcarca Viaduct bridge.
You can reach Parc GĂŒell on foot in a few minutes. If you prefer to take the bus (number 92), it's a few meters from the apartment and will drop you off right in front of the Parc GĂŒell entrance.

Transport:
We recommend using public transport: The "Vallcarca" metro station (L3) is about a 3-minute (190-meter) walk from the apartment and takes you directly to the city center.
You can also take bus number 28 to reach Plaça Catalunya. Along the way, you'll pass through Passeig de Gràcia, one of Barcelona's most famous avenues, where you can admire two of Antoni Gaudí's best-known works of art: "Casa Batlló" and "Casa Milà" or "La Pedrera".
You will also see other symbolic and emblematic buildings belonging to the Modern Age of Barcelona.

There is a public pay parking lot: Parking Miguel de la Capilla, about 550 meters from the apartment.
Barcelona Airport: Barcelona Airport is 16.6 kilometers away, about a 20-25 minute taxi ride from the apartment.
If you wish to sleep separately, please inform us in advance or when making your reservation. Depending on the variation, an additional charge may apply (€15/set).

There is a mandatory tourist tax of €2,48 per person/night and a municipal surcharge of €4.40 per person/night, payable upon arrival as it is not included in the rate. This must be paid directly to the rental agency.

Smoking, group dinners, parties, and noise after 9 pm are strictly prohibited. Police fines range from €200 to €600 and are payable immediately.

Persons under 25 years of age are not permitted on the property unless accompanied by their guardians.

A €200 damage deposit (credit card authorization) is required upon arrival. For stays shorter than 7 days, this is automatically released up to 7 days after your departure (if the apartment is left in good condition). This does not apply to bookings made through Airbnb.

This is an in-person check-in; you will coordinate with an agent to access the property.
Check-in time is from 3 PM to 8 PM.

If you check in later, please note that there is a surcharge of €30 for check-in between 8 PM and 11:59 PM, and €50 for check-in after that. This fee must be paid in cash directly to the check-in agent. Otherwise, VAT will be added.

A few days before your arrival, you will receive a PreCheck-in form where you must fill in your passport and contact and arrival details. It is essential that you indicate your expected arrival time here.

ON YOUR ARRIVAL DAY: To ensure we can receive you on time at the apartment, it is necessary to call us at least 30-40 minutes before arriving at the apartment, using the check-in agent's phone number indicated in the Guest Portal (using the link from the PreCheck-in Form). If you don't call us in time, you may have to wait for the check-in agent.
Take the opportunity to ask any questions upon arrival to ensure a pleasant stay :)

Great view

Nice apartment, comfortable and clean. Small kitchen. We especially enjoyed the sundeck with view, although it would have been even better with two lounge chairs. The water heater was a problem, and we had to do a reset every time we wanted hot water. Nonetheless, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

it was so nice to be met by a host to check us in and show us the features of the apartment. really great location in a nice neighborhood near Parc Guell and near the metro to get into the city center. we would love to come back and stay here again to further explore Barcelona!

Beautiful VIEW not easy to get too

You go through another business to rent this, but they were very helpful and met us there. It was not easy to get to as it's on a hill and on 5th floor. The Metro does get there but then you have to walk (walk over the bridge). Once you get there, it's BEAUTIFUL view. Air conditioning was great! Nice and clean. Helpful to have a washing machine too.

Great Neighborhood Getaway

Relaxing time at the property. Check in was smooth with a personal welcome. We enjoyed the neighborhood environment with easy access to the metro and easy walk to local cafes. My favorite, the balcony and walking to Parc GĂŒell!

I had a very nice stay and loved the view from the patio. My check-in was delayed by over an hour because the agent was not able to locate the keys, which was unfortunate, but once she arrived, she was very pleasant and helpful.

Quiet flat away from busy city life

We were looking for a stay away from the noise and busy-ness of the city centre, and Park Guell flat was perfect. Less than ten min walk to the metro, and bus 22 can get one about one minute away. Grocery shopping was close, and sufficient to allow us to cook in the flat. Not so many restaurants near, but Diagonal and Lesseps metro stops have plenty of choices. We walked to Park Guell, which will be much easier when the new escalator is completed. The flat has a good bed, great shower, fast internet, comfy couches and of course a fabulous deck area. The kitchen is tiny so don't plan elaborate meals. Overall a fine stay with a stunning view to enjoy with a glass of wine.

Lovely view

Great balcony with a great view. Apartment is spare but perfectly fine. Great little gourmet store next to the supermarket around the corner with quality cured meats and great cheese - find it. Nice, chill neighborhood. Would happily stay here again.

We loved our stay at this flat - the balcony was beautiful and the neighborhood was quiet - especially compared to the more touristy areas of Barcelona. I was easy to find walkable sites and restaurants and for ventures further out, the subway was a few blocks away! Highly recommend

4.8 Stars! - Awesome Location - Well Appointed - DONT Bring a car...

The pictures don't lie in the ads, it's a wonderful view on a beautiful city from the porch of this apartment. The place was clean, the bed was really good and everything that was supposed to work, worked. I was warned in advance about having a car in Barcelona, but I didn't listen. The rental car was cheap by the week but I paid much more to park it in a garage at a nearby hospital. We used it for one day to go to Costa Brava and it spent the rest of the time resting quietly in spot 1076. And in general, driving in Barcelona is tough for Americans. The lanes are tight and the bikes and motorbikes play dodge-em with you. Don't get a car, just walk and taxi. I would have given this place 5 stars, but there were some hiccups with some kitchenware, etc., that we needed to supply ourselves. The owners were super responsive after the fact and have offered to reimburse us for what we needed to buy, but it made using the kitchen a problem for the first couple of days.

Best view of Barcelona

This is absolutely the best view of Barcelona! We could see from the hills to the sea--and a lot in between. It is also out of the downtown area but near public transportation that gets into the heart of the city quickly (near the Metro stop Vallcarca). The bed is comfortable. There is a washing machine and wifi. A nice plus is a record player with lots of old records--we enjoyed playing the Rolling Stones' Brown Sugar!
