4 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment 25 km from Barcelona located in a quiet area but a few meters from restaurants and supermarkets. Near the train station with continuous departures to Barcelona and direct to the city center every 8 min and arrivals in just 30 min. With private parking.

All guests, even minors, must register through an online check-in link that we will send, a legal and mandatory requirement in Spain
Only the owner can be accommodated next to the number of guests indicated in the reservation

Other things to note
No parties or events. Respect for community standards, no music, no loud voices from 10pm until 9am. No smoking allowed.
Left the flat tidy, clean crockery, garbage in containers arranged on the street for it. In case of extreme dirt or disorder, a penalty will be charged

The parking space is for a small or medium car that is not high.

Only the holder of the reservation and number of guests who appear on the reservation may be accommodated, previously registered through online check-in.

Remember that being a particular tourist apartment there is no hotel service so it will be delivered with basic products as a courtesy (toilet paper, gel, detergent..) until the guest makes their first purchases

- Once check-in the guest has 1 hour to present any claim or disagreement due to lack of cleanliness, odors, humidity, etc., in order to apply the cancellation and refund of the reservation, after this time it is assumed that the guest is satisfied with the whole department especially with cleaning, with smells, humidity, with furniture.
