DescripciĂłn apartamentos:
Barceloneta Beach IV Apartments are located at Barceloneta Beach, one of the most tourist and leisure oriented areas in Barcelona, whilst at the same time it is well communicated with the entire city via all types of transport.

This open plan apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a building without lift and its modern and contemporary design makes it ideal for couples or small families. It has twin beds, bathroom with shower, balcony, lounge-dining room with a double sofa-bed, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Visit all the area of the Olympic Village, the Port, Barceloneta Beach, the Ciudadella and Barcelona Zoo, which are all just a few minutes from the apartments, and enjoy the great variety of restaurants and bars where you will be delighted by the exquisite Mediterranean Cuisine. You can also enjoy all types of water sports nearby.

Other places of tourist interest to visit are the Ramblas, the Sacred Family or GĂŒell Park, as there is a train station, a metro station and several bus stops near the apartments that provide rapid transport all over the city.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
CHECK IN- In accordance with the Organic Law for the Protection of Citizen Security it is compulsory for all guests staying in tourist accommodation establishments to be registered by means of a national identity document or passport. This information will be notified to the police within 24 hours of your arrival.

- Access to our apartments will be provided either by using an App on your Smartphone or by introducing a code on the keypad you will find next to the entrance door.

- As soon as your booking is confirmed we will send you an email which will include an attached form which we ask you to fill in with your personal details and those of the other guests before making the payment and signing the rental agreement.

- 24/48 hours before your arrival and once the form has been completed you will receive a link to activate the keys.

- We would kindly inform you that our system is unable to generate the access codes until all the guest details are registered, full payment received, and the agreement signed and returned.

- Our apartments have noise measurement systems and night security.

- We ask you to keep noise to a minimum between 10pm and 7am.

Perfect Location

I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay on my 1st visit to Barcelona. Close to the beach & neighborhood restaurants/bars. I like walking so going to the Sagrada, Palau de la Musica, Las Ramblas etc on foot didn’t bother me.

Week in Spain

Pictures are accurate. It is a bit small in bathroom getting out of shower. As mentioned,there are stairs so that was not a surprise. Someone said in review that they are narrow. They are very narrow. I am not a large adult and had one carry on suitcase and it was a challenge navigating the stairs. Especially with a sensitive back. Quiet neighbors overall but once people start moving in the morning , the sound really does carry. Great location with plenty of eating around the corner. Beach is maybe 200ish yards away. Communication with manager was great.

Meine Bewertung auf Deutsch: Das Appartement im 2.Stock, das wir 4 NĂ€chte nutzten, liegt im charmanten Viertel Barceloneta, in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße (FußgĂ€ngerzone). Anbindung mit öffentlichem Nahverkehr (Busse) sehr gut, NĂ€he zum Stadtstrand und Alten Hafen attraktiv. Markthalle und gute Tapasbars in der NĂ€he. Das Appartement ist modern und einfach eingerichtet. KĂŒchenzeile komplett mit Mikrowelle und Wasserkocher, aber nur die notwendigsten Utensilien sind vorhanden, keine Kanne (fĂŒr Tee oder Saft), keine SchĂŒsseln fĂŒr Salat oder MĂŒsli, Teesieb u.Ă€. muss man kaufen oder mitbringen. Am besten auch einen MesserschĂ€rfer, denn die 3 KĂŒchenmesser sind (wie ĂŒblich) stumpf. AblageflĂ€chen oder Haken fehlen Die Betten in der Schlafnische sind sehr gut und das Appartement ist ruhig - gute Erholungsmöglichkeit nach der turbulenten Stadt. FĂŒr die Vorsaison ist das Appartement zu teuer, daher Punktabzug fĂŒr Preis-Leistung. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter funktioniert gut, online automatisiert.

Fabulous locationnear the beach, restaurants and transportation

My wife and I were visiting Barcelona for 3 days. The apartment is right in the middle of Barceloneta, which is an older neighborhood on the beach with narrow streets and many, many restaurants. The Barcenoleta metro stop is a few blocks away. The only negative was hauling suitcases up two narrow flights of stairs.

This is a great location to stay in and the the host is quick to respond to your needs. You are basically a 20 minute walk to major areas and there are bars and restaurants very close by! The room is clean and spacious! The balcony is great to have! They advertise two twin beds but my boyfriend and I pushed them together and it worked perfectly! It was also great to be near the beach in the summer as it was super hot during our stay (they have AC inside the room which is amazing).

Het apartement zat op een geweldige locatie, om de hoek van het strand en de boulevard met vele leuke terasjes. Verder was het apartement van alle gemakken voorzien. Het ontgrendelen en vergrendelen van het apartement met de app verliep soepel. Dit moet je van te voren wel even goed bekijken. Zodra de app is geĂŻnstalleerd is het makkelijk in gebruik.Ik zou dit apartement zeker aanraden!

We kwamen hier voor de tweede keer en vonden het weer erg fijn. Prima locatie , dicht bij terrasjes en de zee. Wifi is prima en gratis geworden. Wel jammer dat de afvoeren van wastafel en douche verkeerd zijn aangesloten waardoor er een vieze riool lucht in de ruimte heerst. Door deze afvoeren profesorisch af te dichten hadden we hier gelukkig verder geen last van. We komen graag weer terug hier ! P&P

Check in and check out process was so easy. Very nice and responsive staff, especially when our heat was broken and someone came to fix it within a couple of hours. Unfortunately, the apartment had a very bad leaking shower, which caused some flooding near the toilet. The apartment smelled like sewage most of the time. It was good value for money, but some small improvements would make it the perfect place to stay!
