Un logement agréable
Un logement agréable avec tout le confort nécessaire et même quelques attentions complémentaires de Gemma pour faciliter le séjour Gemma très à l écoute, agréable et famille discrète Le gros point noir durant le séjour a été l odeur du logement qui de manière très régulière a dégagé des odeurs infectes Nous l avons signalé dès notre arrivée, rien n a pu être fait. Apparemment une pièce défectueuse qui sera réparée. Sans cela, le logement était super. Merci Gemma

Très agréable
La cohabitation avec les propriétaires au dessus c'est très bien passé. La piscine était un plus très agréable par cette chaleur avec une magnifique vue. Un accueil chaleureux de la part de Gemma. A notre disposition le nécessaire (sel poivre , serviette produit de toilette...) . Une bonne adresse a Gardé je recommande.

Bonita estancia
La estancia de 4 días ha sido perfecta. Gemma ha estado atenta y siempre preguntando a ver qué tal todo. Suficiente para pasar estos días en Barcelona,hemos parado poco por el apartamento,lo justo para dormir,ducharse y descansar. Lo único que nos llama la atención es el olor a cañería que sale del baño a las noches,según Gemma es porque el sifón se queda vacío y echando un poco de agua por la ducha deja de oler,se solucionó algo. Pero a un así de vez en cuando salía el mal olor a alcantarilla. También decir que en el cuarto principal se está fresquito, pero más que nada es por la humedad que hay,la ropa se queda húmeda tras varias horas. Creo que habría que poner un humidificador en la habitación. Por lo demás creo que volveríamos siempre y cuando se resolvieran los problemitas que he mencionado. Gracias por todo Gemma

Bel endroit mais un peu déçevant
La famille est très gentille et pour cela c’est vraiment top! La piscine est très agréable et le studio est propre. Par contre l’annonce laisse penser qu’il y a 2 chambres et WC bien distincte ce qui n’est pas le cas. Pour 2 couples c’était donc très peu pratique. Dans un second temps il est important de savoir qu’il n’y a pas de réelles portes ce qui laisse entrevoir tout les bruits et les odeurs de la partie sanitaire. Enfin il doit y avoir un problème:e de tuyauterie car la présence de gaz H2S pouvant être très toxique se fait sentir. Donc un peu déçu mais pour une personne ou un seul couple cela est en réalité très bien

Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage in dem Apartment, zusammen mit unseren kleinen Hund. Sie Vermieter, Gemma und Peter, sind sehr nett und lieben Hunde! Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt!

L'accueil de Gemma est très bien mais il faudrait qu'elle signale aux futurs résidents que son bien est en sous sol avec des odeurs de renfermé et aucune porte séparant la chambre avec le salon qui est en fait la deuxième chambre, donc aucune intimité ! Mais le plus désagréable fut d'apprendre en arrivant que nous ne pouvions jeter le papier toilette dans la cuvette des WC mais dans la poubelle de la salle de bain-WC qui d'ailleurs a une porte vitrée opaque mais sans fermeture ! Dommage car on sent que Gemma se donne beaucoup de mal pour accueillir ses clients mais la franchise manque beaucoup !

Vacance agréable, localisation au top!!!
Gemma est une hôte très accueillante et agréable parlant assez bien le français ce qui est très appréciable. Par contre il n'y a qu'une seul chambre avec lit 140x190 et non 200x200 comme indiqué sur l'annonce ABRITEL FRANCE. De plus, l'accès à la laverie est payant (10€ par machine) toujours non indiqué dans l'annonce abritel fr. Dommage pour les aboiements des chiens environnants qui perturbent la quiétude des lieux. Sinon location bien équipée, un peu exigüe pour 4 mais bien décorée et aménagée. Extérieur au top!!! Piscine 6m x3,5m env et coin détente très appréciable !!! Merci encore à Gemma pour les échanges et ses bons conseils!!! À louer les yeux fermés, vous ne serez pas déçus.
