Location: Very near Hospital Clínic, the Francesc Macia Square and Diagonal avenue. This large avenue, that crosses the entire city, leads us on a nice walk to the "Passeig de Gracia", the most exclusive shopping street of Barcelona, which is located in the heart of the city.
Station of Metro Line 5, "Hospital Clínic" less than five minutes away, takes us to "La Pedrera" and "Casa Batllo" in one-stop, and the "Sagrada Familia" in three stops.

Transportation: We recommend using public transportation: the "Hospital Clinic" metro stop is about 5 minutes (650 meters) walking from the apartment. There are serveral private parking places nearby. Barcelona airport: Barcelona's airport is located 13,3 kilometers away, about 30 minutes by taxi from the flat.
Important to read BEFORE booking: - Utility fees are paid separately from the Rental Price. They have a cost of 6€ per day for 2 people and 2€ extra per every extra person (up to 4 people max.). BE AWARE, IF YOU BOOK THROUGH AIRBNB, THESE ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE AND ARE TO BE PAID ASIDE. - To confirm your booking, we require you to provide seasonality documentation as required by local legislation. Accepted documents include round-trip tickets, tickets to museums or shows in Barcelona, or a car rental agreement. - During the first 48 hours of your stay, you will need to sign a basic rental agreement (contract) with us. - If you wish to sleep separately, it is important to advise before or while making the reservation, in any case, before your arrival day. Depending on the variation it implies, it may be charged separately (15€/set) - Check-in is possible after 15h. - There is a late check-in fee of 30€ for check-ins between 20 and 23.59h, any time later than that will be 50€. The minimum stay for this property is 32 nights.
- We charge a late check-in fee for arrivals after 8 pm.
- Utility fees cost €6 per day for 1 or 2 guests, with an additional €2 per day for each extra guest. These fees are not included in the price (for Airbnb reservations).
- A damage deposit of €1500 (via our App) must be paid upon arrival. This does not apply to reservations made through Airbnb.
- If the request or reservation does not match the property's calendar, the property may have to cancel your reservation or relocate you. For this reason, we kindly ask you to reconfirm availability before booking.
- Extra guests joining the reservation after the check-in date will incur an additional charge of €18 per day (plus utility fees).
- The minimum age to stay with EasyFlat is 25 years old.
- Parties and smoking are strictly forbidden at all times. Noise is not allowed after 8 pm.
- Pets and bicycles are not allowed in the apartment.
This is an in-person check-in, you will coordinate with an agent to enter the property. Regular check in time is from 15h to 20h.
When checking in later, note that there is a late check-in fee of €30 for check-ins between 8pm and 11.59pm, and €50 for later check-ins. This fee must be paid in cash directly to the check-in agent. Otherwise, VAT must be added to it.
A few days before your arrival, you will receive a PreCheck-in Form that requires you to fill out your passport, contact and arrival details. It is essential that you indicate the estimated time of your arrival in here.
ON THE DAY OF YOUR ARRIVAL: to make sure that we are able to meet you on time at the apartment, it is necessary that you call us at least 30-40 minutes before arriving to the apartment on the check-in agent's phone number indicated in the Guest Portal (using the link of the PreCheck-in Form). If you do not call us on time, you might need to wait for the check-in agent. Take the advantage to ask any questions upon arrival to ensure a good stay throughout! Especially if there is anything unclear on how to make it work or getting around the house.
Please be sure to check all features of the apartment during the first 48 hours of your stay. If there would be something that is not in perfect state, let us know as soon as possible!

Touche indus et cosy
Dans cette ville trépidante cet appartement est un havre de paix pour des marcheurs urbains : chaleureux, calme, décoré avec goût et extrêmement bien soigné...et sa propriétaire sympathique et efficace. A louer les yeux fermés... Ou presque : les photos reflètent vraiment l'esprit du lieu!

Peacefull apartment

Nice clean apartment with windows that let in plenty of natural light in the living area. We did a lot of walking by choice but you can get a cab with ease (all cabbies knew the street even if there was any language barrier), there's multiple bus lines in the area to get you where you want to go and a train station about a mile away for longer trips. There's a market a few doors down which made it easy and convenient to get food for the apartment. There's also a small cafe a few doors down (Coffee & Brunch) the other direction where we had breakfast and got some good recommendations of places to visit from the owner.
When we first got dropped off from the airport our cab driver told us we were in a good location because near La Rambla he said it can be noisy all night sometimes. We also spoke to multiple other locals all of whom recommended not spending much time (or any at all) near La Rambla and after venturing through there for about an hour we saw why. It made me appreciate the location of this apartment that much more because when you want to sleep at night it's quiet, if you want to go to La Rambla it's not too far and if you want to go along Avenida Diagonal (recommended for shops, food, etc.) it's less than a mile away. We walked from the apartment to/from restaurants and bars as late as 2am and never had any concerns feeling like it was an unsafe area.
I'd definitely recommend this apartment to anyone traveling to Barcelona.

Empfehlenswerte Ferienwohnung in toller Lage
Wir waren für ein verlängertes Wochenende in der Wohnung. Sie ist sehr schön eingerichtet, mit einer Mischung aus modern und ein paar schönen älteren Stücken und perfekt ausgestattet. Die Wohnung liegt nach hinten raus, so dass man keinerlei Lärm von der Straße hört.
Die Lage ist super, in der Nähe vom Bahnhof und von der Av. Diagonal. Direkt neben dem Haus ist ein Supermarkt, sowie ein sehr empfehlenswertes Cafe zum Frühstücken und ein toller Bäcker. Alles was man braucht also!

Séjour en famille réussi
Très bon accueil : personne disponible et avenante, processus de réservation sérieux et suivi.
L'appartement est très bien situé : à quelques arrêts de métro des grands monuments,plusieurs lignes de bus passent à proximité, commerces voisins.
Il est également très agréable : refait à neuf, la décoration est moderne et soignée, les pièces sont de belle taille, l'environnement est calme. Les équipements sont de qualité : lave-sèche linge, lave-vaisselle, télévision, vaisselle, linge de maison, produits de première nécessité disponibles (papier toilette, pastilles lave-vaisselle, huile, sel...).
Le séjour, bien que court, fut très agréable.

Great Weekend Getaway
Beautiful Apartment, a metro ride from city center. As an American student traveling abroad with 5 friends, the apartment comfortably accommodated all of us comfortably and had everything we need, including the little touches that other apartment rentals often forget (ie dish and hand soap, sponges, basic cooking supplies etc). The rental process was also very easy, our questions were answered quickly and the price was very reasonable.

This was a great apartment for a family of three and was the perfect base from which to explore the city. It is just a 10 minute walk to the metro and a supermarket and bread shop are just 1 minute away. The apartment was clean and modern and had everything we needed for cooking and relaxing. The fact that the apartment was at the back of the block meant that we were not disturbed by any road noise. The service provided by easyflatbcn was great and very efficient; I only had to make one call to request a hairdryer and one was promptly dropped off to the flat! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this flat if you are planning a trip to Barcelona.

MY OPINION
The photos correspond exactly at the appartment. It was very clean at our arrival. The listing description was good. Maria who was here at our arrival was very kind and has answered at all our questions. That was perfect.
the only point which was negative was that there were workers in the building. 2 mornings at 7,30 am there were a lot of noise... for holidays, a little difficult for us and our children.
There were some restaurants near the appartment, and the metro was from 5 minutes by walk.

Spacious, clean, comfortable apartment
I stayed in this apartment with my friend - both females in our later 20s. We very much enjoyed it. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. While it was no right in the city centre, it was a short ride on the metro, or a long walk to the old city and other attractions.
