Room smelled of smoke, multiple hand prints on walls that I washed down, ac unit not working and took 5 hrs and 3 trips to the front desk to get someone to check on it, then the maintenance guy did not return so I went back to desk again to have it followed up. Finally replaced some kind of part in bathroom ceiling, ac unit still not great but no longer heating. Then area power failure so no ac to all of building. Breakfast was ok, but plenty of more economical places to get breakfast nearby. Very loud street noise (I know this because we had our balcony door open all the time due to ac issues. Wifi was good until power failure.

Nice hotel

Hotel was great aside from the room was quite hot. I have reported the air conditioned few tikes but not been sorted until we have check out. Breakfast was very good, plenty of choices. Friendly staff.

The hotel itself is beautiful. Nice scenery and very convenient to fast foods and shopping center. Although, the room we were put in first was sub per and was eventually compromised with ants. However, we informed the staff and they changed the room for us to a better room which was really nice on the 4th floor. So my advice, if you want to enjoy your stay at this hotel, don’t go for the cheap rooms on the first floor. Pay more so you can get a better room.

Reception staff was helpful. Breakfast was good. But someone kept on smoking weed in the room on our floor which created a very strong odour even though the hotel had no smoking policy. No action from staff. Plus only one lift was working during our whole stay of 5 days.
