I’ve never felt so unsafe! There is no lobby manager and customer service hours end at 7pm! I was robbed my phone and other belongings were taken ,homeless vandalized the hotel by throwing a whole fence at the door as my children and I were walking out we had to run for our safety! No wonder why there is no lobby manager after 7pm, 2 berm apt for 4 people and the hot water runs out pretty quickly leaving others with having to wait to shower or take a cold shower. I want my Money back

We stayed a month and liked the apartment and area. Our one bedroom was roomy with a big bathroom and ample kitchen area well equipped. The windows open full length ala french balconies, which isn't obvious from the pictures and was a nice surprise. The staff are helpful, though not doting (apartments, not a hotel). The neighbourhood is a charming warren of lane ways lined with orange trees and full of all sorts of little shops, eateries, and services. It's vibrate with the locals, not just swarmed with us tourists. The Rambla Poblenou is a short walk away, as is the beach. Busses stop out front and the metro is a ten minute walk away. Most of the city sights are inside thirty minutes by transit. We also did longer day trips by rail to Montserrat and Valencia (high speed rail for the latter). Don't rent a car unless you must. Be alert when walking as bikes and scooters are everywhere.

We had a GREAT stay at Lugaris Beach! The apartment was clean, nicely laid out and had everything we needed including a full kitchen and a washer/dryer. There’s a nice park across the street and the beach is a quick 5 minute walk. It’s two blocks from the main pedestrian street in the Poblenou area, so there are countless restaurants within easy walking distance. It is a bit outside of the main tourist area, but we rented bikes for the week so it was easy to access. If you can’t/don’t want to ride bikes, you can access the tourist areas by bus, but it requires a little more time and planning. Definitely doable though. We highly recommend Lugaris Beach and would definitely stay there again.
