Bedrooms: 1 master bedroom with a double bed, and 2 single bedrooms with built-in wardrobes for maximum storage.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with modern appliances and a breakfast nook, creating a functional and cozy space.
Bathrooms: 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub, providing both options for relaxation.
Free Wi-Fi to keep you connected at all times.
Air conditioning and heating to ensure comfort throughout the year.
Prime Location: The apartment is located on Calle Mallorca, directly across from the Ninot Market and next to the Hospital Clínico de Barcelona, providing easy access to all services, restaurants, and public transportation in the area. Minimum stay of 32 nights.
