We liked out stay it was in a great location. Just know that none of the billing flows through VRBO and all through the property manager which can be confusing. I thought we were being double charged at first but it worked out well. You can walk or take public transportation anywhere. I'd recommend just be aware of billing logistics.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the Seneca Suite. It is in the perfect location. Gracia is an amazing neighborhood, close to the metro and plenty of shops, restaurants, etc nearby. The host was very responsive and helpful.

Spacious, and great location!

It was very safe for us to walk around at night back from the lounges at 2am. Very clean and spacious apartment. We loved the checkin agent as well as the gentleman who helped fix our washer for us. They made a trip that wasn’t going our way outstanding by their care and service.

Great place and great hosts! Clean and comfortable. Very spacious with great kitchen amenities. Close to metro and walkable to most of the city. Nice quiet and safe location. 20 min walk to Sagrada Famiglia. Hosts arranged for a taxi and were very helpful in general. Highly recommend.

Location Location

The apartment was in the perfect location with some sights not too far away, some restaurants and supermarkets very close, and a metro station nearby. Two bedrooms, one bathroom with a washer/dryer which was perfect for our family. Kitchen also came well equipped, although we did not make much use of it. Communication and check-in was excellent and super easy. As was said in previous reviews, not much natural light in the apartment and one of the bedrooms does not have a door which did not bother us. Overall the location and a quiet place to rest more than made up for it.

Perfect location to see everything in Barcelona

The place was very comfortable. A little dark (very little natural light), but then again we didn't spend much time there - only to sleep and shower. Nice linens and towels, and there is a washer/dryer which is a bonus. We wished the room with the large bed had a door, but we knew when we booked it that it did not, so not to complain so much as something the property management might address in the future with a curtain or something like that. Overall, the perfect location and enough space for 4 adults overcomes all!

Great place, close to everything!

Just about everything we could want from a stay in Barcelona. The flat was exactly as advertised, convenient access, flexible staff with office right near the room. Easy and quick walk to the metro, and not a bad walk further downtown if you want to. Vila de Gracia is a great part of town to stay in; we were surprised how much we enjoyed it, and how convenient it was to take the metro everywhere else. 10 minutes and we were right in front of Boqueria and the Gothic Quarter. Room was clean and well-equipped, with everything we needed to cook and wash our own clothes. We could have been comfortable with several more than the two of us. If we come back to Barcelona, this is the first place we will look up.

Fantastic stay in el Barrio de Gracia.

This apartment is in the fantastic Gracia area. There are food shops close by, along with all kinds of food options. Many major sites are within a 30 minute walk, and the Metro/Renfe stations are a 5-10 minute walk. The apartment is street level. It is comfortable, and reasonably well supplied. The bathroom is spacious and the shower is consistent in terms temperature and pressure. It is well equipped with key appliances. I would have liked a stovetop moka for coffee. Beds are comfortable. Ample room for us - five (1 sofa bed). Being street level, there isn't much natural lighting in the common areas, but all the other pluses definitely outweigh this detail. All in all, our stay in Barcelona was fantastic.

Great apartment

Wonderful location. Easy check in. We were met at the apartment with excellent communication. Everything was wonderful. This is not bad, but we did have 5 people and they were not all immediate family so good to know that only one room has a door. Main bedroom does not and pull out was in main kitchen area next to bedroom. Didn’t bother us. We loved it anyway. Just good to be aware. Everything was well equipped and clean and the shower and bed were lovely. Thank you so much!!!!

Amazing location!

Someone from the property met us at the apartment even though we didn’t arrive until 1am. He explained everything and offered his assistance. The location is quiet but yet very close to groceries, restaurants and metro stations. Loved it!

It was a good stay. Great location and was comfortable for my wife and our two kids ages 15 and 12. Kitchen was well appointed and was nice to have a washer / dryer. Not much natural light or windows so felt a little dungeon like.
