Terrace oasis in center of Barcelona
Modern fully equipped flat with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Great terrace to have a meal or have some drinks while enjoying the sun. A perfect place with everything you need for a holiday with your family or firends. It’s located in the heart of Barcelona and as you are at the top of the building it’s very quiet. You will be just a walking distance from famous La Padrera, Casa Batllo and the main shopping street Passeig de Gracia.
IMPORTANT:
- The apartment is located on a quiet building where local families live. For this reason, we usually do not host groups of youngsters except if we are completely sure they understand the house rules and will be extremely careful with the noise level. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in advance.
Check in time is at 3pm or later. If you arrive between 9 and 11pm there will be a late check-in fee of 25€. After 11pm there will be a late check in fee of 40€
Check ins and outs done on 25th, 26th of December, 1st and 6th of January are charged 40 euros extra uppon arrival.
Also there is a local tourist tax that is required by law to be collected on arrival - 2.48€ per adult per night for the first 7 nights. You can pay by card or in cash.
No Hen and Stag dues.
