The room was nice and had a good view but The service wasn’t great. Left my room service tray outside my room and it took 2 days for anyone to collect it. The spa was utterly dreadful- the jacuzzi was cold and the entire place needed to be refurbished. I ended up giving up on it after 10 mins and they refused to reimburse me and told me I could come the next day instead (I decided not to). The reception staff were helpful and friendly but I wouldn’t stay here again.

Amazing service from all staff members. We had a pleasant experience at the hotel, from the spa to the restaurant, bar, and hotel room, everything was amazing. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel in Barcelona, walking distance to the main city centre was also very helpful.

Good property at a convenient location, near to the beach and freeway. Ocean view rooms are available. The daily complimentary happy hours are very good with a wide spread of wine and other liquors, food and other snacks. Breakfast needs more variety though, it’s the same every day. Well connected. Taxi’s are parked right outside the hotel which makes it easier for quick in and out.
