This bright and modern 50m2 apartment has 1 double bedroom with a full bathroom and a second bedroom with a single bed with another bathroom. The living room includes a single sofa bed and a flat-screen TV. Ideal for young couples and being able to enjoy Barcelona from a strategic point. Or families with a child who wants a quiet stay in a completely renovated building.
The kitchen is fully equipped and fully open to the dining room, allowing you to enjoy a large space. The double room has a great calm when opening onto an interior patio.
It is a great option. Located in a very quiet area, this apartment will allow you to enjoy the view of Gaudí's fabulous work: La Sagrada Familia.

- Check-out before 11 a.m.
- The apartment is a non-smoking apartment.
- Parties in the apartment are not allowed.

Nice location, but not really 2 baths
Very nice location, less than a block away from Sagrada!! Everything was as expected, good service and amenities. Apartment is smaller than you would think. Second bathroom is not really usable for adults, maybe not even for children!
