Great location but.... only had noisy fans for air movement. We were there in Autumn but still cery hot inside. Had to sit out on the street to enjoy a wine in the evening
The property has no windows and no air conditioning. It was too hot and humid for us to stay - and we had to find other accommodation.
Nowhere in the description did it say that there was no A/C - which is problematic as we would not have booked if we had known.
Es ist muffig, maximal Besenrein! viele Wasserflecken an den WĂ€nden, schimmelige Dusche/ Bad, Mitbewohner die krabbeln , haben sogar eine 6-8cm langen Art TausendfĂŒĂler im Bad gesehen der schnell und dem Wc verschwand. Leider hat es auch Klofliegen in der Unterkunft.
Es hat keine Klimaanlage , nur einen Ventilator, dieser wiederum funktioniert nur wenn das Licht an ist, ergo Schlafen Licht aus keine Ventilator.
FĂŒr frische HandtĂŒcher muss extra gefragt werden , 8 Tage null Service!
Werden es bestimmt nicht mehr buchenâŠ.
The property was cute we liked it. The entry instructions were excellent!
However there was a problem with the plumbing, there was a lot of water on the floor by the toilet we had to constantly mop up. Tried tightening the bidet tap to no avail.
First time we did the dishes all the water from the sink went on the floor! Had to reconnect pipe under sink and mop again,
With all this we were to frightened to use the washing machine!!
The fan operated only when the lights were on so couldnât have it going at night .
Could have had more soap and toilet paper!
Perfect location in the Bari Vechia, great to explore the city and not so far from Bari Centrale train station what is good to make other short trips around Puglia.
I am writing to formally request a refund due to the unsatisfactory accommodation provided in place of the apartment we originally booked and prepaid forâOld Time Bari. The listing we paid for clearly advertised a private apartment with a full kitchen and washing machine, features that were important to us, especially after weeks of travel.
However, just a week before our arrival, we were informed that the original apartment was no longer available, and we were offered an âalternative of the same standard.â Unfortunately, this replacement accommodation was far from equivalent. It resembled more of a hostel environment, lacked a washing machine and kitchen, and did not offer the privacy or amenities we were expecting and had paid for.
We contacted Expedia, who reached out to the accommodation management on our behalf, but our refund request was declined. Given the significant disparity between what was advertised and what was provided, I believe this is an unreasonable outcome.
I have photo evidence clearly showing the difference in standard between the accommodation we paid for and what we received. I respectfully request that this issue be rectified with a full or appropriate partial refund.
