Le top de cet appartement , câest la plage juste devant.La maison a un certain cachet .lâappartement en lui mĂȘme est agrĂ©able pour un couple ,plus , cela ne serait pas confortable.la chambre dans la tour environ 5 mĂštres carrĂ©s, un lit seulement et des difficultĂ©s pour circuler autour.la rĂ©gion est magnifique et nous avons pu bĂ©nĂ©ficier dâun temps superbe avec une tempĂ©rature trĂšs agrĂ©able.

AuĂen Hui! innen oh No!
Die Fotos sind sehr alt und entsprechen nicht der RealitĂ€t. Das Haus ist alt, irgendwann mal renoviert und liegt toll direkt am Strand. Die Garage gibt es nicht, aber man findet immer etwas auf der StraĂe rund ums Haus. Die gesamte Wohnung ist maximal so klein wie angegeben. Das Bad ist ein "Durchgangszimmer" von 2mÂČ. Das WC hat 1mÂČ. Die KĂŒche ist eine Zeile mit niedrig hĂ€ngendem Bord, mit 165cm KörpergröĂe kann man da nicht hantieren, ohne sich den Kopf anzuschlagen. Die Fensterklappen haben bei uns nur an 2 v. 5 Fenstern einwandfrei funktioniert. Der "Turm" beherbergt ein Schafzimmer, leider gelingt es trotz Putzens und intensiven LĂŒftens in 14d nicht, den penetranten Geruch von Schimmel heraus zu bekommen. Wir vermuten, dass die gesamte Paneel-Innenverkleidung von hinten schimmelig ist. Das Anzahl der vorhandenen, angefangenen Durftspraydosen lĂ€sst vermuten, dass das Problem bei unserer Ankunft schon lĂ€nger bestand. Unter medizinischen Aspekten, gebietet es die Sorgfaltspflicht dem EigentĂŒmer, diesen gefĂ€hrlichen Mangel zeitnah grundlegend zu sanieren. Echten Schimmelpilz-allergischen Personen kann man nur dringend von dieser FeWo abraten. Keine Agentur sollte das unsaniert weiter anbieten, wenn sie keine Kunden gefĂ€hrden und verĂ€rgern möchte.

Un excellent séjour avec une vue magnifique
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Barneville-Carteret. Le site est magnifique. Et le gßte est trÚs calme, lumineux avec une vue imprenable sur le rivage. Il est agencé avec beaucoup de goût. Et notre hÎte est aux petits soins. Le plus est le box pour le véhicule sous résidence.

logement au sein de la plus belle maison de Barnville. le logement est petit mais trÚs bien fait, 6 couchages faciles, trÚs bien équipé. le propriétaire est sympa et réactif.
les environs sont splendides. (voiture obligatoire).
La vue mer est trÚs agréable.
