A beautiful panoramic view of the sea accompanies the comfort you are offered here, and thanks to many window fronts, the accommodation benefits from a lot of sunlight in addition to a very modern and refined interior. Sunny, all day long, is also the spacious wooden terrace, from which you can watch the sailing boats and fishing trawlers coming in and out. In all bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, a pleasant and cozy atmosphere spreads, and also the other rooms of the apartment invite you to relax with their comfort and decoration. The owners will be happy to give you access to the wine cellar and, upon request and for a fee, you may also enjoy the grape juices kept there to accompany your meals. The fine sandy beach of La Pôtinière is less than 300 meters away, and 150 meters from the apartment you can cross to the Anglo-Norman islands of Jersey and Guernesey to spend a nice day.

pourrait etre mieux
acceuil au téléphone lors de notre arrivée très froid et autoritaire, appartement limite pour le nettoyage et chaises et canapés très taché et tout les transat en mauvais état , dommage car sinon c'est un super endroit avec vues magnifique et un confort de qualité, je reviendrais volontier si le nettoyage est amélioré et les matériaux défectueux et sale changé

Traumwohnung mit Traumblick
Eine großzügige und sehr schön eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit einem traumhaften Blick auf den Fischerhafen. Die Wohnung hat von der Einrichtung her eine private Atmosphäre, war sauber und gepflegt. Ruhige Lage in einem ruhigen Haus. Es war schön das Treiben der Fischer vom Wohnzimmer aus zu beobachten oder die großen Veränderungen durch Ebbe und Flut! Leider spricht die sehr nette Betreuerin von Ort nur Hochgeschwindigkeits-Französch, aber sie war sehr freundlich. Alles war in Ordnung und hat gut geklappt.
